REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS

Please note that We offer 50% refund within 48 hours of purchased a product or service, after 48 hours will not refund. Please read our refund policy / Terms and Condidtion before you purchase our product or services.

Partial Payment Dispute Resolution:

In cases where there's a dispute over the quality or fulfillment of a product or service, we will offer a 50% refund as a compromise to resolve the issue. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of purchase upon receipt and customer will request us through email at support@wheelsaudit.com or via live chat support.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled if Customer provide wrong information Or they have not been deliver within 24 hours of order.

Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will review and, if approved, process the refund. This typically takes up to 7 business days, although under normal circumstances, it should be completed within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Kindly be aware that eligibility for a refund may be affected if there is a violation of our terms of service, such as filing a chargeback or inappropriate use of the service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Just log into your account, go to the 'My Account' section on your dashboard, and follow the provided prompts to cancel your subscription.

No penalty or fee will be charged for cancellations.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period. Once the subscription period ends, your account will no longer be billed, and access to the subscription services will be revoked.

You will be responsible for all charges incurred for any services used prior to the effective cancellation date.
